If you daydream of having a decluttered home and streamlined systems, so you can free up time, money, and energy to focus on other things, then you are in the right place because that is exactly what I do for my clients.
If you are totally “in”, but still a little nervous, then let me pull back the curtain for you and describe what our first session will look like.
We’ll start with a home tour.
I want to get a feel for your storage spaces, and where things may be hiding. I want to hear what you love about your house, and what you don’t love about your house. We’ll discuss what’s working for you, and what’s not working for you. I also want to know if you have any remodeling or design changes planned in the near future.
We’ll talk about your vision for yourself, your family, and your home.
How do you want to measure success during this journey? We’ll also talk about ways to handle the feelings of overwhelm that are bound to creep in at some point during our journey, and we’ll discuss gratitude and the importance of gratitude in this process.
Then, we’ll get our hands dirty!
We’ll start sorting clothing or whatever category we previously discussed.
Homework!
You’ll likely have some kind of homework that could include donating some items you want to discard or finishing up a category. (Don’t worry, this homework is totally optional.)
The following sessions will be similar but with more action and less talk.
We’ll discuss how you felt after the last session, how you are feeling before the next session, and then we’ll dive in again!
